Returns Policy

When sending back items please include your order details, preferably a copy of the invoice and the reason why you have sent it back. This will help you getting your refund with no delay.
All items must be inspected on receipt of delivery and any damage must have been notified to us within 3 days.

Return of Non Faulty Goods

If your order is not going to be suitable and wish to return any of the items you have purchased, you have 30 days starting from when you take receipt of the delivery to notify us of your decision via email (please provide a reason for return) and return the items. We will only be able to accept returns for refund if we have been notified and items returned up to and including 30 days following your delivery. (Please use the address at the bottom of this page). All items must be in their original packaging undamaged with no tears, broken seals, no writing on the packaging whatsoever and where relevant data must not have been inputted. The product itself must be in as new condition and unused (If you open the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging/marking the product or packaging).
Please note the full outbound postage charge will only be refunded on return of the complete order and any return postage charges will be at your own cost and non refundable. We strongly advise you use a reputable delivery company for your return and package it securely as we cannot refund your purchase if goods were to get damaged during the return delivery. Also if the courier were to lose the delivery we cannot be held responsible as we simply unable to refund items that we have not received.
We do not facilitate exchanges of any kind of exchanges so if you wish to change your item for something else you would need to return for a refund and place a new order for the item you want to replace it with.
Return of Faulty Goods

Your goods should reach you in perfect condition but in the unlikely event that there is a fault with your product you can return it to us and we will arrange a replacement for you just contact us via email. For all issues we will need an email from you regarding the nature of the problem and a picture of the damage, we cannot move forward with your replacement until we have these with us. For replacement within the warranty period any products beyond 6 months of the purchase date, the return cost will have to be paid by the sender.
Faulty goods will only be credited following a satisfactory report from the manufacturer that the fault was with the goods and not the installation.

When sending faulty items back to us by post please send them ROYAL MAIL SIGNED FOR, SECOND CLASS so they can be tracked and we will reimburse you for this with a proof of posting receipt on delivery, if you decide on another method we will only cover the cost of the return via this method and the remainder to be covered by you. If the courier looses the item and there was no record of shipping or delivery we cannot be held responsible.

In the event of a EV Charger developing a fault please contact the manufacturer at the first instance.
