Returns Policy

If sending items back to us to please include your details in or on the box and the reasons why you have sent it back. Also make sure you send the items recorded delivery.
All goods must be inspected on receipt and any damage must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt.

Non Faulty Goods

We accept returns for a full refund up to 14 days following delivery. We cannot accept items back after 14 days after delivery. The item must be in the undamaged original packaging plus the product itself must be in as new condition. The full outbound postage cost will be issued in your refund however the return postage will not be refunded.

If cancelling your purchase under the The Consumer Contracts Regulations, your product must be complete and in 'as new' condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. The product must not have been used or installed and data must not have been inputted. It should be returned with the original box and packaging, along with any accessories you received with it.

You return your product to us without proof of purchase

The goods got damaged during return delivery

Delivery costs will not be refunded

When sending items back to us please send them RECORDED delivery so they can be tracked. If the courier looses the item we cannot be held responsible.

Faulty Goods

Your goods should reach you in perfect condition but in the unlikely event that there is a fault with your product you can return it to us or we will arrange a replacement for you just contact us via email or phone. For all damaged or faulty items we will need an email from you stating the nature of the problem and a picture of the damage, we cannot move forward with your replacement until we have these with us. For replacement within the warranty period any products beyond 6 months of the purchase date, the return cost will have to be paid by the sender.
Faulty goods will only be credited following a satisfactory report from the manufacturer that the fault was with the goods and not the installation.

When sending faulty items back to us by post please send them ROYAL MAIL SIGNED FOR, SECOND CLASS so they can be tracked and we will reimburse you for this with a proof of posting receipt on delivery, if you decide on another method we will only cover the cost of the return via this method and the remainder to be covered by you. If the courier looses the item and there was no record of shipping or delivery we cannot be held responsible.
