Delivery Information

Processing Time:

Orders will generally be dispatched within 1-4 working days, as indicated by the green text on product listings. Orders placed before 13:00 are processed the same day; orders placed after this time are processed on the next working day.

Products marked for "Next Day Delivery" will be dispatched the same day if the order is placed before 1pm, provided they are processed through our warehouse before the courier's arrival they will leave on that day. If any items with a longer lead time are added to the order, the dispatch time will revert to the standard 1-4 working day terms.

Shipping Methods:

• Next Working Day Courier (DPD, DX, FEDEX, DHL, PARCEL FORCE, YODEL): £7.50 + VAT Charge for orders under £125 + VAT
• Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.75 + VAT Delivery expected within 2 working days. Option to upgrade to a courier delivery @ checkout

Payment Information:

If paying by bank transfer, please allow an extra day for funds to clear. We will notify you when we have received your payment, typically by the next working day.

Order Inspection:

Please inspect all goods upon receipt. Any damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Free Delivery:

Enjoy free delivery on all orders over £125 + VAT within the UK Mainland Excluding Scottish Highlands. If your order postcode is within the Highlands area we may need to contact you for additional delivery charges which are calculated on a order by order basis.

Heavy Items:

For items and packaging weighing over 2000g a courier fee of £7.50 + VAT applies.

Long Items:

For items 1200mm and over a long courier fee of £15 + VAT applies, if the order value does not meet carriage paid (£125 + VAT).
