For products with a weight of over 2000 Grams there is a courier fee of £7.50 + VAT.

Returns Policy

If sending items back to us to please include your details in or on the box and the reasons why you have sent it back. Also make sure you send the items recorded delivery.

Non Faulty Goods 

We accept returns for exchange or full refund up to 14 days following delivery. We cannot accept items back after 14 days after delivery. The item must be in the undamaged original packaging plus the product itself must be in as new condition. The full outbound postage cost will be issued in your refund however the return postage will not be refunded.

If cancelling your purchase under the The Consumer Contracts Regulations, your product must be complete and in 'as new' condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. The product must not have been used or installed and data must not have been inputted. It should be returned with the original box and packaging, along with any accessories you received with it.

The goods got damaged during delivery

Faulty Goods

Your goods should reach you in perfect condition but in the unlikely event that there is a fault with your product you can return it to us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Faulty goods will only be credited following a satisfactory report from the manufacturer that the fault was with the goods and not the installation.
