The Apollo Series 65 Standard Relay Base (45681-245APO) provides a localized switching interface for conventional fire systems. By incorporating a volt-free relay, this base allows individual detectors to trigger external equipment-such as security systems, door closers, or air handling units-immediately upon fire detection.
This relay base is an essential component for commercial premises that require specific “cause and effect” actions at the point of detection. It is commonly utilized in specialized industrial settings or office environments where fire detection must be integrated with wider building automation or security protocols.
